Addiction Therapy
Qualified in working in the field of addiction where I support individuals seeking or addressing recovery and facing the underlying reasons for the addiction. I also work with partners who have been affected by the discovery of their significant other’s compulsion and help the couple to work on their relationship.
I specialise in pornography and sexual addiction, but can also work with those suffering with other forms of addiction such as drug, alcohol and gambling.

Psychosexual Therapy
I work with individuals and couples to help address the psychological and emotional cause of sex-related problems and help you to overcome these issues.

About Me

I am a qualified therapist who specialises in pornography and sexual addictions. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and The Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC). I am also an associate of The Laurel Centre, which is a specialist organisation that provides help for Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder (CSBD) and sexual addiction therapy.
Having worked with adults and young people in a range of Social Care and Health settings for over 30 years, I have a comprehensive portfolio showing an aptitude for therapeutic engagement. I love to engage therapeutically with individuals and couples. I am competent in the delivery of a range of group work and one to one intervention. I believe in supporting people to move on and to be in a place of recovery and hope.
